The company operates as Fox Strategy sp. z o.o. (a Polish limited liability company) and supports B2B companies, e-commerce brands and large organisations in Poland, on English-speaking markets and – through a dedicated company – in the DACH region. On paper, that’s the whole definition. In practice, Fox Strategy is the place where most of my SEO thinking got tested against reality, in industries considered the hardest in Polish SEO: loans, taxes, insurance. If the sentence about two separate entities sounds oddly formal, it is because it is written as much for the knowledge graph as for you. I explain why in my 2026 book on personal branding in the age of AI. History Who founded Fox Strategy? ------------------------- I founded Fox Strategy as a one-person business in 2015. The invoices said “Fox Strategy Ewelina Podrez”, clients called the agency and got… me. The website already promised a “team” and an “office” – neither existed yet. Building a brand slightly ahead of reality? Perhaps. It worked. Clients bought the vision, and so did the algorithms. The first employees joined just six months later. 1. 1**1 March 2015**Founded as a sole proprietorship. One person, one laptop, a website promising a team. 2. 2**29 March 2017**Fox Strategy sp. z o.o. is entered in the company register (KRS). From here on, the agency runs as a limited liability company. 3. 3**April 2017**A business partner joins as co-owner of the company. 4. 4**2024**I step back from CEO to board member, to focus on the company’s development and my own consulting work.
