What is Fox Strategy? My SEO Agency

Fox Strategy

Fox Strategy. No connection to Fox News, no management parables about clever foxes – though Google spent a good few years assuming otherwise. This page exists partly for you, and partly for the algorithms that still confuse my company with a metaphor.

What is Fox Strategy?

Fox Strategy is a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, founded on 1 March 2015 in Wrocław, Poland, by Ewelina Podrez-Siama – the author of this website. The company operates as Fox Strategy sp. z o.o. (a Polish limited liability company) and supports B2B companies, e-commerce brands and enterprise clients in Poland, on English-speaking markets and – through a dedicated company – in the DACH region.

On paper, that’s the whole definition. In practice, Fox Strategy is the place where most of my SEO thinking got tested against reality – in industries considered the hardest in Polish SEO: loans, taxes, insurance.

Fox Strategy and I are two separate entities – one founded the other. If that sentence sounds oddly formal, it’s because it is written as much for the knowledge graph as for you. I explain why in my 2026 book on personal branding in the age of AI – and if you’d like to check how algorithms read your own brand, book a discovery call.

Who founded Fox Strategy?

I started Fox Strategy as a one-person business. The invoices said “Fox Strategy Ewelina Podrez”, clients called the agency and got… me. The website already promised a “team” and an “office” – neither existed yet. Building a brand slightly ahead of reality? Perhaps. It worked. Clients bought the vision, and so did the algorithms.

Fox Strategy stopped being a story about one person quite quickly – the first employees joined just six months in, still in 2015, well before any of the formalities changed. The paperwork caught up later, on dates I still remember: on 29 March 2017 the business changed its legal form and became Fox Strategy sp. z o.o., and a month later, on 21 April 2017, Katarzyna Baranowska joined me as a partner and co-owner. Since the beginning of 2024 I have been a board member rather than CEO – I stepped away from day-to-day operations to focus on developing the group.

What does Fox Strategy do?

Fox Strategy provides SEO strategy, technical SEO, content marketing, paid search and AI search visibility services for the Polish, English-speaking and German-speaking markets. The full scope:

SEO

Strategy, technical audits, content and visibility for B2B, e-commerce and enterprise websites – in Poland and internationally (UK, US).

Google Ads & analytics

Paid search campaigns and web analytics, run in-house on the same data the SEO team works with.

Content marketing

Editorial strategy and production tied to search data, not publishing calendars.

ASO & podcast SEO

App Store Optimization and SEO for podcasts – two niches where Fox Strategy was among the first specialised teams in Poland.

SEO in AI search

Visibility in AI Overviews, AI Mode and LLM-generated answers – work on content, entities and structured data that raises the odds of a brand being cited by AI systems.

The agency also runs its own educational projects – all in Polish:

Dziennik Budowy Firmy
A business podcast about building and running a company.
Sprytny Newsletter
Marketing and business news, curated by the team.
Sprytne Kursy
Online SEO and Ads courses for beginners and intermediate marketers.

The Fox Strategy group

What began as a single agency now operates as two companies:

Fox Strategy sp. z o.o.

The core company: SEO, AI search visibility, Google Ads, analytics and content marketing for the Polish and English-speaking markets. Based in Wrocław.

Fox Strategy DACH

A separate company serving exclusively German-speaking markets – Germany, Austria and Switzerland – built around the specifics and business culture of the region.

How does Fox Strategy work? A self-organising team

Fox Strategy operates as a self-organising team, inspired by the teal organisation model described by Frederic Laloux. There are no task lists handed down from above: specialists take ownership of their projects and make decisions where the competence is, not where the job title is.

My goal from day one sounded simple: build a workplace I would want to work in myself. Simple it was not. It took training in emotional intelligence, a feedback culture built meeting by meeting, coaching available to every member of the team – and a few honest lessons along the way. Teal is a direction we keep moving in, and I’ll say openly what most companies won’t: this model has a cost. Some excellent specialists simply don’t feel comfortable in an environment where nobody assigns their tasks.

The mission of Fox Strategy

“We believe the world can be better. That’s why we care about people.”

Behind the model stand five values:

Openness

Honesty in offers, analytics, reporting and everyday conversation – no template solutions.

Cooperation

Clients treated as partners – in relationships that don’t require anyone to break their own principles.

Growth

Training, courses and coaching available to every member of the team – standing still equals boredom.

Effectiveness

Concrete goals and schedules – and the courage to say “no” when a client’s idea would hurt their own results.

Responsibility

Ownership of projects and deadlines – including the words “sorry” and “I need help” when they’re true.

This model leaves visible traces. The podcast, the newsletter and the courses all came from the team, not from a management roadmap. And on the client side: companies often treat Fox Strategy as part of their own team rather than hired consultants – some have been with the agency for years, a few since the very beginning.
