Ewelina Podrez-Siama · Entity SEO and Knowledge Graph

Personal brand SEO built on verifiable identity

Can a search system tell which work, company and sources belong to you?

I investigate how Google and AI systems identify a founder, author or expert. Then I map the evidence, resolve contradictions and connect the right work, names, companies and publications to that person. I lead the research and strategic decisions personally; Fox Strategy specialists support English-language project meetings and larger implementations.

A defined strategic project, scoped and priced after the brief. English-language one-off consultations and team training are not part of this offer.

The project at a glance

One person

Founders, authors and experts with a real body of work that systems may misread.

Relationships matter

People, companies, publications, products and domains remain distinct but connected.

Evidence before entries

Sources and eligibility determine whether Wikidata or a panel claim is appropriate.

Direct strategic lead

I make the diagnosis and recommendations; Fox Strategy supports larger delivery.

A real identity, scattered across the web

When this work is useful

You may have an established career and still find that a system connects the wrong facts. I start with what can be checked: what your own properties say, what independent sources confirm, and where those accounts disagree.

For a person

  • Your name, former name or pseudonym is split across publications and profiles.
  • Your company is better known than you, or the two identities are treated as one.
  • Books, talks, affiliations or new projects are missing from the picture.
  • A Knowledge Panel contains incorrect information, or you want to understand why it does not appear.

For founders and leadership teams

  • The founder’s name and the company are so tightly merged that neither has a clear independent identity.
  • Several experts publish under the company brand, but their individual work is hard to attribute.
  • A founder has changed role, launched another venture or works across several country sites.
  • You need to define Person ↔ Organization relationships across the team’s sites and profiles.

This service centers on people and their professional identities. If the primary subject is the company, product portfolio or group of domains as an Organization, I scope that separately. The work is strongest when there is a real track record to organize; if independent evidence does not yet exist, it must first be built through publications, partnerships and communications.

Two related questions

Identity and AI search visibility meet, but they are different briefs

Personal brand entity SEO · this service

Who is this person?

I examine whether systems can distinguish the individual and connect the right names, works, domains and professional relationships to credible evidence.

Typical signal: wrong or incomplete facts about a named expert or founder.
AI search visibility · related service

Does the brand appear for a buyer’s question?

I measure mentions, recommendations and linked sources for an agreed set of customer questions, then investigate the content and technical barriers.

Typical signal: competitors are recommended or cited for your category.Explore AI Search Visibility

If both problems are present, I can examine them in one scope. You do not need to buy two overlapping audits: the proposal names the primary decision and the evidence required to make it.

From a confusing search result to a workable plan

What I investigate and change

The exact scope depends on the person and the sources available. I agree the names and aliases, languages, markets, related organizations, domains and access before the project begins.

  • 1

    Baseline and disambiguation

I document branded search results, Knowledge Graph candidates and identifiers, panel status and selected AI answers. I use the Knowledge Graph API to inspect query matches, not to award a universal authority score.

  • 2

    Evidence and contradiction map

I compare your sites and profiles with publisher records, event pages, business sources and other relevant independent references. I mark facts that conflict, lack a source or belong to someone else.

  • 3

    Entity home and structured data

I define the canonical page for the person, align its visible facts with Person markup, and describe the right links to profiles, publications, projects and separate Organization entities.

  • 4

    External records and Wikidata

I assess which records make sense for the person’s work and market. I prepare or improve referenced statements in Wikidata only where the item meets its community criteria; it is not a paid directory listing.

  • 5

    Knowledge Panel and source corrections

If a panel exists, I can help you understand verification and evidence-backed feedback. Where the underlying source is wrong, I prioritize correcting that source. Google controls the panel and may reject proposed changes.

  • 6

    Implementation and recheck

I set priorities and ownership for the changes. I can make selected WordPress updates personally; your team or Fox Strategy specialists can handle larger work. We recheck the same conditions after implementation.

Three ways to define the project

Diagnosis, implementation or a wider expert ecosystem

I propose the smallest format that can answer your question. Each English-language engagement is scoped as a project after the brief, with my analysis and recommendations in an English report.

01 / Diagnose

Personal entity audit

A documented baseline, source and relationship map, selected AI identity checks, and a prioritized plan. Your team can implement it afterwards.

02 / Organize

Personal entity implementation

For an established, verifiable body of work: align the owned pages, Person data, profiles and appropriate external records. The proposal specifies what I will change and what needs access or another owner.

03 / Connect

Founders and C-level

A broader project for several experts and their relationships with the company. We keep Person and Organization distinct while making affiliations and areas of expertise traceable.

A document your team can use

What you receive

An English evidence map and roadmap

The output describes how the systems appear to identify the person, which sources support that reading and where action is possible. I explain what is observed, what is inferred and what needs a later check.

  • A documented baseline for the agreed names, markets and surfaces.
  • A map of the person, organizations, properties and external references.
  • A prioritized list of corrections, source gaps and owners.
  • Implementation-ready guidance for visible pages and Person data.
  • A practical assessment of Wikidata and Knowledge Panel options, where relevant.

Code, third-party submissions, technical implementation and follow-up measurement are specified in the proposal. The brief determines which of these belong in the first project.

My own identity was the test case

Why I work from evidence rather than a checklist

I am a founder, SEO strategist, author and publisher across several sites. My name, a former name and a writing pseudonym appeared next to different topics. I documented how I connected the real records and relationships, and how my search presence changed afterwards. That sequence is a case to examine, not a result I can reproduce for every client.

From the presentationPerson ↔ books ↔ company ↔ projects

The useful question is which of these relationships an independent source can actually verify.

From String to Entity

I show the source trail and the decisions behind my own work. In the Knowledge Graph API, my result for the same query changed from 12 to 43 after several changes. Google’s documentation calls this a query-match score, so I treat it as one observation alongside identifiers, panels and source accuracy.

Personal analysis, supported implementation

How the project runs

My role

I diagnose and decide

I lead the source analysis, interpret the relationships and make the strategic recommendations. I write the report in English and can carry out selected changes in WordPress or other systems when access and scope allow.

Fox Strategy’s role

The team supports delivery

Agency specialists can coordinate English-language project meetings and implement work across sites or disciplines. The proposal identifies who owns each part before work starts.

  1. 01Brief and fit

You send the subject, sites, markets and example of the problem. I determine whether there is enough evidence for a useful project.

  2. 02Defined proposal

I state the people, related entities, source set, deliverables, responsibilities and fee. Additional individuals or a company-wide scope are identified explicitly.

  3. 03Diagnosis and roadmap

I produce the English evidence map, priority decisions and implementation guidance.

  4. 04Implementation and recheck

We agree who makes the changes and, where included, return to the same queries and source checks later.

Commercial format: This is a scoped English-language project, quoted after the brief. It does not include hourly English consultations or team training. Implementation and follow-up are included only when named in the proposal.

What this work can and cannot control

Questions worth asking first

Can you create a Google Knowledge Panel for me?

No one can order a panel as a deliverable. Google generates and displays it automatically. If one exists, I can examine its sources, help with the verification process and prepare evidence-backed feedback; Google decides whether and how it changes. See Google’s policy.

Will you add me to Wikidata?

Only if the person meets Wikidata’s criteria and the statements can be supported. I review the evidence first. A page on your own site, a paid feature or a desire for a Knowledge Panel is not, on its own, a reason for an item to remain in a community-edited database.

Is the Knowledge Graph API score a measure of my authority?

No. Google’s documentation describes resultScore as an indicator of how well an entity matches the request constraints. I can track a comparable query as one diagnostic, but I also check identifiers, source accuracy, the search result and the visible panel. A larger number is not a client KPI by itself.

Does stronger entity recognition guarantee AI citations?

No. Identity errors can hinder attribution, but citations depend on the question, available sources and each system’s behavior. If your main objective is appearing in answers to buyer questions, see AI Search Visibility.

Is this available in English, and will I work with you?

Yes. I personally lead the analysis and strategic recommendations and deliver the report in English. Fox Strategy specialists can support English-language meetings and larger implementations. This format is a defined project, rather than a one-off consultation or workshop.

Start with a concrete example

Show me the identity problem

A short e-mail is enough. Include a search result, panel, AI answer or source record that seems wrong, and tell me what decision you need to make.

Useful details for the first message

  • Your name and primary professional website, or the names of the founders and experts.
  • Relevant aliases, companies, publications, domains and markets.
