Ewelina Podrez-Siama

SEO consultant and AI search visibility strategist. Founder of Fox Strategy.

Since 2009 I have helped companies make better decisions about visibility. I started with SEO audits. Today I also check what language models say about brands… and why they sometimes get it wrong.

What I do today

I help clients make decisions that shape their projects.

I’m the founder and co-owner of Fox Strategy, where I look after strategy and the quality of our work. I also work as an independent consultant, strategist and trainer. I work with clients directly on diagnosis, priorities and the harder decisions. When a project needs a wider scope, Fox Strategy specialists join in.

My second area is people: feedback, values and empathy-based leadership. In both cases I’m interested in the same thing: how to get from an accurate diagnosis to something the team will actually do on Monday morning.

01

SEO and AI search strategy

I bring order to data, intent, architecture and what the web knows about a brand. I check how Google finds a company and how ChatGPT, AI Overviews or Copilot describe it.

02

Working with teams

I help turn an audit into a task list where every item has someone’s name next to it. I run training, workshops and consultations myself, in Polish. In English I take on defined projects, webinars and conference talks.

03

Communication and leadership

I work with leaders on conversation, values and feedback. Because sometimes the problem isn’t in the task spreadsheet, it’s between people.

Career path

From first audits to strategy for large brands.

I’ve been a specialist, a team lead and an agency founder. So with every recommendation I immediately think about who will implement it, when and at what cost.

My background at Wrocław University of Science and Technology taught me to look for the mechanism before settling on an explanation.

  1. 2009

    Starting in SEO

Audits, data analysis and work on sites of very different sizes. Later, my own projects and responsibility for a team.

  2. 2015

    Fox Strategy

I founded the agency and built its processes, team and standard of client work. Today I remain its co-owner and set the direction of its development.

  3. Today

    SEO, AI and people

I advise, test on my own sites and use what the agency has taught me. I also work with teams on how they learn and how they make decisions.

I have worked with, among others

Allegro · PayU · mBank · Media Senior

Publications and media

I comment on changes in search

My comments have appeared in Forbes Poland, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Wysokie Obcasy, among others. I also write a column on SEO for business owners at Firmove by ING.

Teaching and the industry

Guest lecturer and awards judge

I teach SEO as a guest lecturer at WSB Merito University. I have served on the semKRK Awards jury since 2021, twice as Head Judge.

Talks and roles, in Polish

In 2026 I was included in the list of 35 inspiring women in marketing and business by Widoczni and IMM, and Favikon ranked me 5th among SEO creators in Poland. In 2025 I was 6th on Favikon’s TOP20 list of SEO experts. See more recognition, in Polish.

How I think

Data is the starting point. The question is what it means for people and the business.

Visibility doesn’t come from keywords alone. It is made of the product, content, technology and the team’s decisions. Before I propose anything, I want to understand the problem and what solving it will cost.

01 / Goal

Conversation first

I ask who we’re working for, which decision the analysis should support and how we’ll know the change made sense.

02 / Context

Intent before keyword

A keyword is a trace of a question. I look for the person’s need and for where the brand can genuinely answer it.

03 / Delivery

Strategy has to be doable

The prettiest recommendation is worth nothing if nobody can implement it. That’s why I factor in budget, process and the people on the other side.

In personal brand work I also check whether public sources describe the same person. See how I applied this to my own personal brand.

On stage and in the training room

I love the moment when a tricky mechanism starts to make sense.

I talk about SEO, AI search, entities and business decisions. I have spoken at I♥Marketing, semKRK, SEO Vibes and Festiwal SEO, among others. I also run webinars, workshops and sessions for teams.

I tailor the topic and examples to the room: I speak differently to a board than to an SEO team. Most of my talks so far have been in Polish. In English I deliver webinars and conference talks; send me the audience, format and topic.

What makes a brand appear in AI answers?

With Sławomir Kruczek I talk about building brand visibility, where models get their information and how a mention, a recommendation and a linked source differ. The conversation is in Polish; on YouTube you can turn on captions and choose English from auto-translate.

Writing

Four books on SEO and three on keto cooking.

I write about SEO and personal branding, and as Ms. Fox about cooking. Whatever the topic, the goal is the same: after reading, you should be able to do something, not just nod along. All my books are published in Polish; the English titles are translations for context.

Beyond SEO

I like testing ideas on my own projects.

I live in Wrocław with two adopted dogs, Tesla and Malta. I love travel, plants and crafts. I’m curious about mechanisms, both in search systems and in relationships between people.

I also run four sites of my own: on keto cooking, Madeira, Bornholm and Malta. They’re my testing ground. I try ideas there before I recommend them to clients, and that’s where I see fastest what people look for when they plan a holiday or a sugar-free dinner.

I also test hypotheses on these sites. One example is my analysis of the Madera Online launch (Trust Halo). I’m careful not to confuse what I see in the data with what I only suspect.

“Made with ♥ by podrez.pl” — so you build websites too?

The answer is: yes and no.

Between 2006 and 2008 I worked as a web developer. Those were the days of heavy Flash running on the HTML pages of student projects.

These days, I see myself primarily as an analyst and researcher, but I’m forever drawn to marketing and branding too. That’s where I landed in SEO and, over time, in researching visibility in AI.

I don’t offer website development as a service, although I still can and I enjoy it. Odd as it may sound, digging into code relaxes me.

These days I use those skills mostly on my own projects, which you may spot online signed “made with ♥ by podrez.pl”. I also built Fox Strategy’s website from scratch.

And of course these skills come in handy with clients. It’s easier for me to assess what can be implemented, test a solution or check what really lies behind a “that can’t be done”. Sometimes there really is a limitation. And sometimes… you just have to try another way.

From people I’ve worked with

Better to let the people I’ve worked with speak.

Recommendations were written in Polish and are quoted in translation.

Check the sources

My work leaves traces beyond this site.

I teach that a personal brand is consistent information that can be checked. I apply the same rule to myself: my publications, projects and identifiers are sources you can verify. They don’t guarantee that an AI will recommend me, but they make it easier to check who I am.

Publications and recognition

Where else you can find me.

Most of these sources are in Polish. I list their publishers so you can judge them for yourself; none of them is a ranking factor or a guarantee of a Knowledge Panel.

How I can help

Choose a starting point.

In English I take on defined projects, webinars and conference talks. You work with me directly; on larger projects, Fox Strategy specialists join where agreed.

Consultations, SEO and GEO training and communication workshops are run in Polish. You’ll find them on the Polish services page.
